Single Super Phosphate Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant
The production of single phosphate (SSP) is basically
conversion of insoluble P2O5 to soluble P2O5 by chemical reaction between
phosphate ore and dilute sulphuric acid in definite proportion. The
reactants originally thin slurry set to a solid mass during the reaction.
After initial production to completion of the reaction i.e. product SSP it
may take up to 21 days.
GSSP Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant
Granulated Single Super Phosphate (GSSP) is
manufactured by feeding SSP powder to the rotating Granulator drum the
powder SSP is mixed with water which results in formation of granules from
powder. The granules than discharged to the rotary dryer drum. The material
comes from dryer are cooled in cooler drum. After cooling of the granules,
granules are sending to the vibrating screened for desired mesh and packed
in 50 kg HDPE bags for sale as GSSP.
NPK Fertilizer Plant
Mixed fertilizers contain two or more of the elements
nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium that are essential for good plant growth
and greater crop yields. This document addresses the production of ammonium
phosphates nitro phosphates potash and compound fertilizers.
Nitro phosphate fertilizers are made by digesting phosphate rock with
nitric acid. The resulting solution is cooled to precipitate calcium nitrate
which is removed by filtration. The filtrate is neutralized with ammonia and
solution is then evaporated to reduce the water content. Periling may
follow. The calcium nitrate filter cake can be further treated to produce a
calcium nitrate fertilizer, pure calcium nitrate, or to give ammonium
nitrate and calcium carbonate Nitrophosphate fertilizers are also produced
by mixed acid process. Digestion of phosphate rock by a mixture of nitric
acid and phosphoric acid.
Ball
Mill
SUPERTECH is supplying ball mills for grinding raw meal,
clinker and PSC by grinding clinker and slag in designed ratio.
Working Principle
At present, a ball mill of 30 tph grinding capacity for
slag cement having a diameter of 3.2m x 12m long with a motor rating of
1650kw is under execution. To meet our customer´s requirement and
satisfaction, our manufacturing is strictly supervised and checked as per
international standards.
Features
- The head with the trunnion is a single piece design with holes for
fastening and liner bolts and is machine finished.
- The mill shell along with the flanges is neck welded and is supplied
with manholes fitted with manhole covers.
- The pinion is of Forged heat treated steel having higher wear and
abrasion resistance. A Ring-feeder locking assembly fits it to the
shaft.
- From the safety point of view, Girth gear and pinion are completely
enclosed by a guard. To facilitate the inspection of the tooth meshing
and Lubrication, an inspection door is provided.
- Mills with designs of both the bolt and bolt-less liners are
available to suit the specific requirement.
- To meet the product standards and the regulatory norms, these mills
are supplied with the Third Generation High Efficiency Classifiers and
High Efficiency Cyclones.
Jaw
Crusher
Jaw Crushers are heavy duty double toggle machines
designed for long life service and minimum of maintenance for hard tough
and/or abrasive materials.
Working Principle
The pitman shaft/eccentric shaft mounted in pitman
imparts motion to moveable jay plate mounted on hinged swing lever/ swing
jaw by means of toggle plates. The location of swing lever hinge point is
correctly located to do crushing without rubbing.
Standard Specifications
- Frame (Body): The frame is made of heavy steel plates with
reinforcing members welded in place. It is fabricated as a unit with all
bearing seats in place and stress relieved.
- Swing Jaw (Swing Lever): The swing jaw is either M.S. Fabricated or
C.I. and machined to accommodate swing jaw bearings and front toggle
seat.
- Swing Jaw Pin & Suspension: The swing jaw pin is made of medium
carbon steel. It is seated and clamped to the main frame. The swing jaw
is freely pivoted on the shaft.
- Pitman: Pitman is fabricated from M.S. Plates alternatively in one
piece casting duly normalized. The pitman is machined to receive large
size antifriction bearing and provision is made for grease lubrication.
Sealing covers are provided to retain grease and exclude dirt. Recesses
are provided in the bottom for centre toggle seats.
- Pitman shaft: The pitman shaft or eccentric shaft is special steel
(Railway Axle) and machined all over to suit the bearings. The ends are
key seated for fly wheel and fly wheel sheave.
- Pitmen shaft bearings and block: Pitman shaft bearings are double row
spherical roller bearings. These blocks are clamped to the frame and
provision is made for grease lubrication. Covers are provided to retain
lubricant and exclude dirt.
- Jaw Plates: Jaw plates are of non-choking design reversible and of
Manganese steel containing 12 to 14% manganese conforming to IS 276.
They are clamped in position.
- Side Plates: M.S. side plates are machined and are provided to act as
protection for main frame against any wear due to material being crushed
in crusher mouth.
- Toggle system: The toggle system is of four bearing type. Front and
rear toggle plates are of steel and ride in machined M.S. bearings
seated in the swing jaw, pitman and toggle block.
- Tension system: A system of rod/rods and spring is attached to the
bottom of the swing jaw and crusher body/frame to keep the swing jaw and
toggle system tight.
- Product size setting: By advancing rear toggle plate by lowering
wedge bloc the setting can be reduced.
- Fly wheel and fly wheel sheave: The components are made of C.I. and
keyed to the pitman shaft. The wheels are statically balanced.
- Lubrication: Crusher is arranged for grease lubrication. Provision
for lubricating bearings is provided.
- Drive: The drive to crusher is by means of one set of 'V' belts,
prime mover can be electric motor/diesel engine.
